中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平近日對(duì)全面依法治國(guó)工作作出重要指示強(qiáng)調(diào)，堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、人民當(dāng)家作主、依法治國(guó)有機(jī)統(tǒng)一，合力開創(chuàng)法治中國(guó)建設(shè)新局面。

President Xi Jinping has called for upholding the unity between Party leadership, the running of the country by the people and law-based governance, and making concerted efforts to break new ground in advancing the rule of law in China. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in a recent instruction on comprehensively promoting the rule of law.

黨的十八大以來(lái)，黨中央把全面依法治國(guó)納入“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局予以有力推進(jìn)，全面依法治國(guó)總體格局基本形成，中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治體系不斷完善，中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治道路越走越寬廣。2020年11月，黨的歷史上首次召開中央全面依法治國(guó)工作會(huì)議，將習(xí)近平法治思想明確為全面依法治國(guó)的指導(dǎo)思想。5年后再次召開中央全面依法治國(guó)工作會(huì)議，正逢“十四五”收官在即、“十五五”謀篇布局的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。

We have intensified efforts to advance socialist rule of law in our country, and a comprehensive framework for law-based governance has taken shape. We have made major progress in reforming the judicial system, thus providing more effective protection for social fairness and justice. These efforts have opened new ground for advancing the rule of law in China.

我們要堅(jiān)持走中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治道路，建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治體系、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家，圍繞保障和促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義，堅(jiān)持依法治國(guó)、依法執(zhí)政、依法行政共同推進(jìn)，堅(jiān)持法治國(guó)家、法治政府、法治社會(huì)一體建設(shè)，全面推進(jìn)科學(xué)立法、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法、公正司法、全民守法，全面推進(jìn)國(guó)家各方面工作法治化。

We must follow a path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, develop a Chinese system of socialist rule of law, and establish China as a socialist country under the rule of law. We must, with a focus on protecting and promoting social fairness and justice, pursue coordinated progress in law-based governance, law-based exercise of state power, and law-based government administration and take integrated steps to build a country, government, and society based on the rule of law. We will make all-around efforts to ensure sound legislation, strict law enforcement, impartial administration of justice, and society-wide observance of the law and see that all work of the state is carried out under the rule of law.
